What is PirateFest?
A large outdoor celebration offering fun, food, art, and entertainment for all ages! 2013 marks the 7th annual event.
Arts and Treasure Isle will showcase beautiful one-of-a-kind juried art available from more than 60 exhibiting N.C. artists including mediums of all types – pottery, jewelry, wood, painting, and more! Bring your doubloons!
Fabulous music, food, and attractions from nations around the globe will be featured in a large component of the PirateFest, known as the International Ports O'Call, formerly the International Festival which has taken place over 20 years!
The Bucaneer Bash will offer a variety live entertainment and lots of grub and grog to satisfy your taste buds. You’ll want to be on the lookout for roving pirates who might sing you a chantey or challenge you to a sword fight!
