PirateFest is a day full of fine arts, live music, pirate encampments with sword fighting, and canon demonstrations by real live pirates! Pirate groups from all over our great state surrender the booty in the gem of eastern North Carolina! PirateFest impacts our community by providing a fun event for all ages but also boosts the economy by bringing so many people to our great city to take part in all the pirate festivities. Being the home of East Carolina University and home of the Pirates, we can merge two big stakeholders in Greenville, North Carolina through our City’s signature festival.
